Great Gatsby Themed Engagement Party!

Hey loves!
So for those of you that know me or have been following my social media accounts for a while..you probably know that I'm ENGAGED to Yahya..my best friend and the love of my life since I was 14 years old! (if you didn't know now you do ;) Anyways, we had a Great Gatsby themed engagement party a few Saturday's back and I wanted to put this post together for you guys.
I tried to combine vintage with glam for all decor using lots of candles, sequins, gold glitter, and diamond gems EVERYWHERE..we even sugared the champagne glasses with gold sugar..lol We had a vintage style photo lounge which was a HUGE hit thanks to my cousin and her professional camera. (thanks Cor!) With just a few fun props (faux mustaches, cigars, old fashioned jewelry, bow ties, and hats) we looked pretty Gatsby fab. We also had a candy bar courtesy of my aunt who should start doing them professionally..because everything came out AMAZING! My mom & sister surprised us with a GORGEOUS cake..could've been our freaking wedding cake it was so beautiful..designed with diamonds and fringe matching our theme perfectly. I loved everything about our party and I hope it can inspire someone else to do something similar =]

Chandelier made by yours truly ;)
